Beginners Yoga:

Mondays 10.30-11.30am
Focusing on the foundations of yoga, this class can help with body awareness, flexibility, strength, mobility, and balance. A great place to begin your yoga journey. All are welcome!

Hatha Yoga:

Fridays 9.30-10.30am
Sundays 9-10am. 
A class to balance the body and mind, using the breath and physical poses. 
All classes are open to all levels.

I offer 30 mins to one hour lunchtime yoga sessions in the comfort of your workplace.

All equipment provided. 

30 min £60 up to 10 people. Then an additional £6 per person.

45 min lesson £80 up to 10. Then an additional £6 per person.

60 min lesson £100 up to 10 people. Then an additional £6 per person.


Private sessions are perfect for those who need assistance with specific problem areas or who fare better in a one to one situation than a group format, or for those who would like to work on specific poses. Also great for couples.

The lesson will be specifically for you and tailored to your ability, in the comfort of your own home.

60 min lesson £40-60 depending on location.

Downward Facing Dog


Classes created specifically for surfers, working on balance, building strength and flexibility in all the right places. 

Improving hip, shoulder and thoracic spine strength and mobility, working the core. These classes will help with paddling, popping up, core strength, and releasing tension in areas of the body that can be overworked during a surf. 

Not a surfer? These classes are equally as beneficial to those who don't surf.
